Exposé Goes Upstate NY to Bring Intelligent Hairdressing to the Good People of White Plains

The latest ARROJO Exposé brought a rousing response, as Nick Arrojo and the ARROJO Artistic Team shared inspiring stories and vanguard new trends and techniques in cut, color, and texture with hairdressers from upstate NY.

Although all Exposés are built around the theme of connectivity and sharing real world education and inspiration, each Exposé also has its own flavor. One of the highlights of the White Plains edition was seeing ARROJO Ambassador Salon Owner, Derek Maldonado, joining Nick and the team on stage.

Derek is the owner of D.Anthony's Hair Studio in Nyack, NY. Opening as one stylist salon, Derek chose to carry our product and become an Ambassador from the outset. It paid dividends. With the support of a program designed to encourage businesses to grow, D. Anthony’s now has nine stylists and five support staff and uses its connection to ARROJO to continually educate the team.

Watching and listening to Derek as he cut live on stage gave us great pride, and it is a testament to the value of collaboration and connection between hairdressers.

With Nick Arrojo center-stage, the show featured bright and funky, eye-catching styles that drew huge acclaim as the audience tuned in to the culture of New York's most influential hairdressing brand.

Exposé events allow us to show an audience of our peers elements from our entire approach to hairdressing, from creative concept to execution of technical and creative skills in each discipline of the craft. It is a great way to connect with fellow hairdressers and show the creativity and collaboration that sets our brand apart.

The next Exposé takes place in Boston on April 3. It will be led by Nick Arrojo and Derek Maldonado will also be on stage to share his inspiring story. Tickets are only $25 and available here
